I take pride in handling my own auto repairs, however; the time came for a timing belt which was beyond my ability. I had enough of the poor service at all the Bemis locations. I knew about Bockman's for years and their great customer service reputation, but never had a chance to use their service. I visited Honda with a coupon for $699 timing belt with no fine print. It seemed to good to be true. I ended up receiving an inflated repair estimate with various ancillary charges which were neither recommended or required for the service nearing $1,500. I was insulted. I then scheduled a repair at Bockman's. I dropped the vehicle off early. A tech actually came out and looked at my vehicle first hand, I shared my knowledge of the issues with him, and he was immediately on top of the problems. The free shuttle brought me home. I was sent photos that actually illustrated the problem. The repair was complete and the car ran very well. We then moved onto the second issue in which the tech did a very thorough job and was able to discover additional problems. I was again sent photos that clearly depicted the problem. Sam also provided a complete walk through with pricing. Even though my pride was hurt, and my pocket took a hit, I have come to terms with the high quality service I received. My car is back in great operating condition thanks to the highly skilled professionals at Bockman's. They are the benchmark for customer service in auto care!
